Refund and Returns Policy

At LaserJim & CricutKim, every item is handmade with care. We hope you love your order, but if there is a problem, please contact us at laserjim29@gmail.com.

Non-personalised items

You may cancel and return a non-personalised item by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. It must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

Personalised and custom-made items

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations for items that have been personalised, custom-made or created to your specifications.

This includes products made with a chosen name, age, date, photograph, colour, wording, logo or custom design.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or has been made incorrectly.

Cancelling a personalised order

If you need to cancel or change a personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if work has not started. Once materials have been cut, engraved, printed or personalised, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please carefully check all names, dates, spellings, colours and other details before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes in information supplied by the customer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at laserjim29@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights. We will cover reasonable return postage costs when an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Delivery damage

Please keep the item and all original packaging while we investigate damage during delivery. Do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the payment.

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional cost paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable beyond the price of standard delivery.

Return address

Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may take longer to process.
