2. Our products

We create handmade gifts, cards, clothing, wooden products, business displays and personalised items.

Because our products are handmade, there may be small differences in colour, grain, placement, finish or appearance. Wood is a natural material, so grain patterns, knots and shades can vary. These natural differences are not normally considered faults.

We make every effort to display product colours and photographs accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on the screen or device used.

3. Personalised orders

Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details before submitting an order, including names, dates, ages, photographs, wording, colours, sizes and spellings.

We will make the item using the information provided with the order. We are not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once designing, printing, engraving, cutting or production has started.

We may contact you if information is missing or unclear. Production and dispatch may be delayed until we receive the necessary information.

4. Orders and acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This acknowledges that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before dispatch where:

• The price or product information contains an obvious error
• We cannot complete the requested personalisation
• The design or wording requested is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringes another person’s rights
• Payment has not been authorised
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled item.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be authorised before we begin processing an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes must be entered during checkout and cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or used against delivery charges. We may withdraw or amend promotional offers, but this will not affect qualifying orders already accepted.

7. Production and delivery

Many products are handmade or made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are provided on the website or product page.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed date. We will deliver orders within 30 days unless a different timescale has been agreed with you.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can investigate it with the delivery provider.

8. Cancellations and returns

For most non-personalised products purchased online, you may cancel by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

The right to cancel for a change of mind does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

Personalised items remain protected if they are faulty, damaged, not as described or made incorrectly.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

We are responsible for supplying goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, contact us at laserjim29@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, an explanation and photographs where possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

10. Customer-supplied content

If you provide photographs, logos, names, wording, designs or other content for personalisation, you confirm that:

• You have permission to use it
• Our use of it to fulfil your order will not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
• It is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or obscene

We may refuse content that we reasonably believe breaches these requirements.

You retain ownership of content you supply. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to design, produce and fulfil your order, deal with queries and maintain appropriate business records.

We will not use a customer’s personal photograph or bespoke design for public marketing without permission.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including our original product designs, photographs, text, branding, logos and graphics, belongs to LaserJim & CricutKim or is used with permission.

Website content must not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without prior written permission. This does not affect any rights belonging to third-party trademark or copyright owners.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights in its design.

12. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience and does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or personally sensitive information.
